Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still has the original tags still attached.
- Items are received by The Pink Seahorse Boutique no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
- All jewelry and sale items are final sale.
If your item does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected by our Returns Department.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and we will email you a RA number (return authorization). Please write the RA on your invoice and on the outside of your package before mailing (any returns shipped without RA will be refused). Please note RA numbers expire after 5 days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days in order to be accepted.
When sending your items, we strongly suggest sending them USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number. The Pink Seahorse is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
The return total will be given in the form of a store credit, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after The Pink Seahorse receives it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges (we cannot guarantee the item will not be sold out). If the item is sold out, we will offer store credit.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery by emailing email@example.com or calling 904-531-5605.
Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery – buyer is responsible for shipping fees to exchange items.

After we inspect and process our returns you will receive a cancellation email. Clothing must be returned in original condition with tags attached and free of any smells or damage. Clothing worn or washed will not be accepted.
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
